Shipping policy

All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] after receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship across the country using trusted courier partners.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s status.

4. Delays

Delivery delays may occur during holidays, strikes or due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier company's delays).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at flacsys@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order details. We’ll help you resolve the issue promptly.
