Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 3-days after delivery for all eligible products.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, go to the order section and place the return request on our site flacsys.com with your order details and reason for the return.

2. Refunds

Once your return item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and approve the refund without any cross questioning. Your refund will be processed within 2-4 working days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6-hours of placing, unless the product has already been processed or shipped.
